Erste Klasse! ich kommeaus dem Speckgürtel von Hamburg, Norderstedt. Hier habe ich auch einen guten Hausarzt und einen super Orthopäden aber die beiden Ärzte dieser Privatpraxis übertreffen ALLES. Gut ist Urlaub und man hat die rosarote Brille auf, doch was ich da erleben durfte war der Hit. Am liebsten würde ich jedes mal ins Valle wenn ich zum Arzt muß und das muß ich öfter, kenne mich also echt aus. Diese perfekte Organisation von zwei Ärzten, Termin super schnell beim online Anschreiben ( wegen dringlichkeit bekam ich die Mail mit dem Termin sogar Nachts um 23:30 ) sogar am Sylvester Tag hatten sie geöffnet und waren sich für nichts zu schade. Nächsten Tag war ich da und erlebte mein Wunder. Gut war keine Assistentin am Tresen, war aber egal kann man ja alles vorher per E-mail klären. Einfach ins Wartezimmer setzen und ein wenig warten bis Frau Milosavljevic oder Herr Weber reinschauen. Vielleicht noch info-Zettel ausfüllen wenn man keine Daten übermittelt hat um zu helfen, ist ja für einen selber besser und hilft bei dem Ablauf. Dann wird' s sympatisch : die beiden kümmern sich wirklich um jeden, ohne die mir aus der Heimat bekannten Oberflächlichkeit, müssen sich ja auch erst mal einen Überblick über die Patienten machen. Mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen, Humor und absolut ehrlicher Zuneigung jedem einzelnem Patienten gegenüber. es wird einem gesagt wann man dran ist. In der Wartezeit kann man schön im Valle Boten von früher schmökern oder diversen Büchern in verschiedenen Sprachen, für Kinder ist auch sehr viel Beschäftigung da. Auch die Schnabeltessler können Ihr Smartphone beiseite legen oder leise stellen ( ein frommer Wunsch ) wenn sie daran rumfummeln, denn die Atmosphäre ist einmalig. Wir Urlaubsopfer sitzen da mit unseren Leiden und könnten auch gemeinsam einfach mal mit einander reden um die Zeit zu verkürzen. Da wartet man auch echt nicht lang. Und wenn dann kommt es jedem einzelnen zugute weil dise Ärzte kümmern sich wirklich um jeden einzelnen. Frau Alexandra Milosavljevic ist die Internistin und Her Oliver Weber der Knochenmann, beide sehr kompetent meiner Meinung nach. Jetzt zur Behandlung: sehr freundlich, einfühlsam, professionell, informativ (man hat mir alles erklärt, egal wie lange es dauert), effektiv und zusäzlich auch noch psychologisch sehr wertvoll. Habe auf meine knapp 60 wieder viel gelernt über Achtsamkeit ( War mal oberstes Gebot im Valle Gran Rey, ist aber wie hier in Deutschland auch verraucht ) Ich war wohl dringend und auf La Gomera gibts ein Blutbild nach 4 Stunden per Mail oder Telefon. Was für ein Service, habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Behandlung hat auch noch viele Tage unseres Ulaub gerettet. Mit Nachkontrolle und so weiter aber ich bin schon gern hingegangen. Parkplatz war mal dichter mal weiter, ist aber so im Valle, weiß man ja das geht schon. Kosten muß man erst mal selber tragen, mit einer Privat- oder Zusatzversicherung aber kein Problem zu Hause, kommt per Mail, Pflichtversicherung zu Hause zahlt halt nur die Hälfte ( Kennt man ja leider auch ) Ich werde meinem Arzt empfehlen nach La Gomera zu gehen, da wird er nicht so ausgebeutet ;-)
Ergo vielen Dank an an Euch tollen Ärzte, Alexandra Milosavljevic und Oliver Weber, ich werde sie nie wieder vergessen! Wenn wir zum 6ten mal wiederkommen sollten, werde ich Sie auf alle Fälle einfach mal so Besuchen. Vielen Dank und liebe Ptienten, benehmt euch nicht wie die Schnabeltässeler in Deutschland oder Österreich.

Just sit in the waiting room and wait a little while until Ms. Milosavljevic or Mr. Weber come in. You might want to fill out an information form if you haven't submitted your details beforehand; it's better for you and helps with the process. Then it gets really nice: the two of them truly care about everyone, without the superficiality I know from back home. After all, they have to get a feel for each patient first. They show a lot of empathy, humor, and genuine affection for every single patient. You're told when it's your turn. While waiting, you can browse through the old Valle Bote newspaper or various books in different languages; there's plenty to keep children occupied, too. Even those who are glued to their smartphones can put them aside or turn them down (a pious hope) if they're fiddling with them, because the atmosphere is unique. We vacationers sit there with our ailments and could even just chat with each other to pass the time. You really don't have to wait long. And when you do, it benefits everyone because these doctors truly care about each individual. Ms. Alexandra Milosavljevic is the internist, and Mr. Oliver Weber is the orthopedist; both are very competent in my opinion. Now to the treatment: very friendly, empathetic, professional, informative (everything was explained to me, no matter how long it took), effective, and also psychologically very valuable. At almost 60, I learned a lot about mindfulness again (it used to be paramount in Valle Gran Rey, but like here in Germany, it's become smoky). I was apparently in a hurry, and on La Gomera, they send blood test results by email or phone after 4 hours. What service! I've never experienced anything like it. The treatment also saved many days of our vacation. With follow-up appointments and so on, I was happy to go. The parking lot was sometimes closer, sometimes further away, but that's how it is in the Valle Gran Rey; you know how it is. You have to pay the costs yourself initially, but with private or supplemental insurance, it's no problem at home; the bill arrives by email. Public insurance at home only covers half (we all know how that goes). I'll recommend my doctor go to La Gomera; he won't be exploited like that there ;-)

Musste aufgrund mehrerer Probleme beide Ärzte in Anspruch nehmen. Termin bereits am nächsten Tag gekriegt. Vom netten Empfang , über die Sprechstunde lief alles problemlos. Es wurde sich endlich mal Zeit genommen und mir
zugehört. Dies Gefühl hatte ich in Deutschland nicht mehr so oft. Da ich noch länger im VGR bin, meine neue Hausarztpraxis. Klare Empfehlung!!!!
